All products sold by Pumps and Tanks are quality products from major industry suppliers and are covered by full manufacturer's warranty. However, should you receive a product that is faulty, please contact our Customer Service .. Times and how warranties are treated vary between suppliers.If any warranty issue occurs contact us first. Do this before sending goods back. Additional charges may occur. |

Refund Policy.
Refunds do not apply to goods incorrectly ordered. No refunds for special buy ins.
Any returns freight costs are at the buyers cost unless agreed prior to dispatch. Freight costs will generally not be refunded. Warranty/faulty goods may be repaired or replaced at manufactures discretion.
Any used goods will not be accepted for return other than for warranty.
Return of goods may attract a restocking fee and must be agreed to prior to sending back |

All payments generally need to be made prior to shipment.
No Sale is completed until both parties are happy with costs and application of the product
Price Guarantee Price Match
The only conditions are:
1. Must be the same item (Make model etc)
2. Must be current, in Australia for all customers (Advertised)
3. Price must include delivery (Where applicable)
4. Limit one item per customer/address ( we have exceptions )
5. *Does not include 'loss leaders', 'liquidation' type sales or ebay sales. Item must be identical eg: colour, size, model etc.
6. Just send us a copy of the current advertisement so that we can verify the price and stock availability
